Our members represent Records and Information Management professionals employed by public sector agencies including municipalities, counties, school boards, courts, state
agencies, law enforcement and the state university system.

Membership is available to persons employed in the public or private sector whose primary job responsibility is records management.
Membership Fees
Our membership year runs January 1st – December 31st. Our FEI number is 58- 1381931.

Membership Levels
Level 1 – Association Member: available to persons employed in the public or private sector whose primary job responsibility is records management; this level is NOT available to consultants, or salespersons employed by firms that sell to records management departments, divisions and/ or archival entities.
Level 2 – Certificate Member: members accepted into the Georgia Records Management Professional Certificate program and actively pursuing certification.
Level 3 – Recertification Member: members who have completed the GRMP certificate program and are earning continuing education credits.
Levels 2 and 3 members will receive auto-renewal notices from the myGRA member portal with instructions to renew.
Corporate Member: available to consultants or salespersons employed by firms that sell to records management departments, divisions and/ or archival entities. Corporate Members receive email notifications from GA Records and may access the membership list.
Corporate Sponsor: available to consultants or salespersons employed by firms that sell to records management departments, divisions and/ or archival entities.
Benefits of Membership
Membership entitles you to access to the association member portal for conference and workshop information throughout the state, regularly published newsletters and bulletins, and other pertinent information.
As a member of the Georgia Records Association, you also will be eligible to participate in the Records Management Professional Certificate program sponsored by the association.
Corporate Sponsors receive email notifications from GA Records, may access the membership list, and have their sponsorship identified on the GA Records home page (includes a link to the sponsor’ s website).
