Payment & Refund Policy

ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY

The Georgia Records Association provides educational, support and career enrichment services and information to its members through meetings, workshops, seminars, group sessions, trade shows and other educational events.

Annual membership dues and events for which there is a cost may be paid online.

REFUND POLICY

GRA conferences: Attendees cancelling on or before 21 business days prior to the conference date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received on or before 20 business days prior but more than 11 days prior to the conference are subject to a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the conference.

Substitution of personnel is encouraged rather than cancellation.

Other meeting and events: fees for attendance including meal cost, if any, at general meetings, group sessions and other educational events NOT INCLUDING THE ANNUAL GRA CONFERENCE will be refunded in full with a written cancellation from the attendee is received no less than five (5) working days prior to the date of the event.

Membership Fees (dues): membership fees are nonrefundable.
